Sutherland Court Ceres, by St.Andrews, Fife Sutherland Court comprising 3 new houses in the grounds of the former RNIB training centre in the conservation village of Ceres was completed in 2005. Great care was taken in the design to ensure that the new houses blended with the surrounding village architecture. At the same time the houses provide a wealth of modern living facilities including fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, tasteful bath and shower rooms, mains connected smoke detection systems and conservatories providing access to private rear gardens.
